1. Strictly fulfill all the terms which the two parties signed in the document.
2. All the products of Shenyang Beinuoer Electric Appliances Co. Ltd are insured the production responsibility insurance by the PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited in China.
3.Production Guarantee: The period of the Production Guarantee is two years from the installation or the purchased date. In the period of the Production Guarantee, if the products have something wrong belong to the matters of itself, we will replace the products or the parts of the product for free according to the idiographic circs.(Not including the privately backout, improper use or the breach of the product introduction) The normal use period of the product will exceed 20years.If the product exceed the period of the Production Guarantee, the after service center will give the maintenance services for free. But for the parts replacing we will charge the cost.
4. After service: We solemn promise that we will settle the matters within 24 hours, service our users all the times and absolutely ensure the clients’ warmth. With all ours hearts to service for the clients of Beinuoer.
